4. Arkansas woman arrested after baby seen dropped from moving vehicle – 30-year-old Whitney Turner-Tyson was arrested on Tuesday night for dropping a baby out of a moving car on Interstate 30. She was charged with capital murder, first degree murder and endangering the welfare of an incompetent person. (ABC 7)

5. Coronavirus in Arkansas. 70,731 confirmed cases and 1,010 confirmed deaths, according to ADH – Governor Hutchinson announced on Wednesday that there were 601 new confirmed cases and 95 possible cases. The Arkansas Department of Health tweeted on Monday that there are 399 new confirmed cases of the virus and 10 more people have died. (FOX 16)

6. Update: Victims identified after head-on crash in Sebastian County – in Sebastian County, Arkansas two people were killed in a head-on crash on Wednesday morning. Rebecca Everett and a minor were identified as the ones killed in the accident. The other driver was taken to the hospital in Fort Smith. (FOX 16)

7. Hurricane Sally Downgraded to Category 1 with ‘Life-Threatening’ and “Catastrophic’ Flooding – Sally had downgraded to a category 1 after making landfall near Gulf Shores, Alabama on Wednesday. Sally is expected to produce 8 to 12 inches through Wednesday. The total rainfall should expect to reach 10 to 20 inches. (U.S. News)

Mercedes-Benz Agrees to $1.5 Billion Settlement Over U.S. Emissions Cheating Allegations – Officials claimed that Daimler and it’s American subsidiary Mercedes-Benz violated state and federal laws by using software that allows them to cheat emission testing. Specifically, they violated the Clean Air Act. About 250,000 cars had been sold that didn’t meet the laws according to the officials. (U.S. News)

9. Big Ten Conference Will Return to Football Starting October 23 – President along with Chancellors voted to continue the football season after having strict protocol. They will have to do daily cardiac screening. The Southeastern Conference and Atlantic Coast Conference along with the Big 12 started their college football season last week, pulling in thousands of fans and students despite the concerns of the public health services. 10. At Least 10 Killed in Bomb Attacks in Philippines – 14 killed and 75 wounded in the bomb attack in south Philippines. Muslim militants allied with Islamic State to set off a powerful explosive then proceeded to set off a suicide bomb. The bombings were staged as the government grapples with the highest number of coronavirus cases in Southeast Asia. The bomb was attached to a motorcycle and exploded near two parked army trucks in front of a grocery store and computer shop in Jolo.

11. Divers in SE Asia May Have Found US Submarine Lost in WWII – divers found what they think may be a wreck of a U.S. Navy submarine lost 77 years ago in Southeast Asia. After many pictures have been sent since October 2019 until March of this year, they have confirmed that it is in fact the USS Grenadier, one of the 52 American submarines lost during the conflict. The Grenadier is a 1,475-ton, 307-foot long submarine was pushed out after bombs from a Japanese plane almost killed them. The submarine sits 270 feet underwater in the Strait of Malacca, about 92 miles south of Phuket, Thailand. (ABC News)

12. Wildfire Burn’s Largest Wetlands, Killing Thousands of Wild Animals – this wildfire has been burning since mid-July in the remote wetlands of west-central Brazil. Teams of veterinarians, biologist and local guides arrived in Brazil to search for any of animals to save that may have been injured. (ABC News)

13. Legend Who Bought Amazon at $48 Says Buy TaaS Now – it is said that TaaS will change the way you eat, shop, work, and travel. This sent some stocks soaring to as much as 100% in a day. Although this is just am idea right now, this is the best time to be an investor in companies like this. (Mass Communication)

14. 300,000 Pounds Suspect Cash Seized from Indian-Origin Couple’s UK Home – the crime prevention officials and police in the UK recovered over $300,000 worth of cash suspected to come from a crime scene. (NDTV)

15. ‘Black Panther’ Star Chadwick Boseman Dies at 43 – Boseman has been battling colon cancer since 2016 and recently lost his battle. Boseman was a member of the “Black Panther” cast and played King T’Challa. He was loved by many although he was accused of using drugs and people are saying it could have been another cause of his death. (CNN)
