Lafayette County Wreck Takes Life of Springhill Woman - Jennifer Hicks was a 19 year old from Springhill, LA. She passed away about 9:30 Sunday morning after crossing the centerline on Arkansas 53 and struck a tree head on. (Magnolia Reporter)
UAMS - El Dorado Recipients of $25,000 Grant - Simmons Bank presented UAMS with a $25,000 grant for the upcoming UAMS regional campus in EL Dorado. The campus has a joint effort from the MCSA and UAMS to increase medical access throughout south Arkansas. (Magnolia Reporter)
UA Student New National Secretary of FFA - Anna Mathis was just recently elected to be the new national secretary for FFA. She was selected out of 38 other candidates. Anna is an agriculture communication major at the University of Arkansas. This past year Anna was the FFA president for the state of Arkansas. (Magnolia Reporter)

Big Ten Student Body Presidents Sign Letter in Support of Pass/Fail Grading - The petition titled “MSU Fall 2020 Semester Be Pass/Fail” has more than 4,000 signatures as of November 3rd. The President of ASMSU, Abii-Tah Bih had the idea and had the letter drafted and amended to the student body. (The State News)
Marijuana Legalization 2020 - Arizona, New Jersey and South Dakota Vote to Legalize Recreational Marijuana according to CNN Projections. Voters have voted to legalize recreational marijuana in these three states. South Dakota will be the first state to legalize medical and recreational marijuana at the same time. (CNN Politics)
Fayetteville Man Finds 4.49 Carat Diamond at Crater of Diamonds State Park - Steven McCool a 34 year old from Fayetteville found a diamond on Halloween about the size of a jelly bean. McCool found the Diamond just 30 minutes before the park closed. (5 News)
Indianapolis Father Drives 6 Hours to Give Daughter Opportunity to Vote for the First Time - McKenna Brown is a 19 year old who moved to college 6 hours away. Her absentee ballot never came in and not leaving her with a way to vote in the 2020 election. Her father knew how important voting was to her so he took the drive to make it happen for his daughter. Mexico City Police Stumble on Grisly Butchering of 2 Boys - A Mexico City police stopped a man wheeling bundles down the street. In the bundles were two boys who were killed by people dealing with drug deals. (ABC News)

Egypt, Ethiopia, Sudan Fail to Make Progress on Disputed Dam - After a five-year long dispute between Egypt, Ethiopia, and Sudan over the controversial dam that Ethiopia is building on the Blue Nile. Beyonce, the Leader of the Beyhive, Actually has Beehives - Beyonce says that she has had two beehives at her house for a while now. She says they have around 80,000 bees and they collect the honey in jars. The main reason they started the beehives is because all of her daughters have allergies and the honey is supposed to reduce the symptoms. (Today)
Garth Brooks Opens Up on Injuring His Hand in a Farming Accident - Garth was loading a chop saw and while picking up on the back of it, it closed down on his hand. He said it will be black and blue for a while but he still has all of his parts. (Today)
